Funded through the "Cultural Stars Grant" by the City of Saint Paul, W&C Films presents "Rice Street" a film about three young Hmong teenagers living in Saint Paul. When their lives cross paths, each takes a turn for the worse. We're wrapping up post-production and will hopefully have this ready for showing by July.
